Most items that are in stock will ship within 3 business days of receipt of the order (orders received after 10 am on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday). You will receive an email when your order ships.
We ship via Fedex Ground, UPS, Canpar or Canada Post. If you would like to have your package expedited or insured, or if you would like for us to use a different shipping method, or if you need your package by a specific date, or if you would like signature confirmation, please complete the "additional information" box upon checkout or contact us at email@example.com or call 416-271-3605 or 1-866-775-5888 as soon as you place your order. Additional fees may apply. Bean sprout is not responsible for stolen packages that are delivered to the shipping address on the order. All packages valued over $500 may be shipped with a signature confirmation required.
Bean sprout is not responsible for lost international orders, custom or duty fees or any additional fees imposed by your local company or shipping company. Accurate invoices and customs forms will be included with all International orders. Shipping time may take up to 30 business days.
The tax on children's clothing in Ontario is 5%.

We want you to be completely happy with your order so if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged merchandise. Returned merchandise should include all tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
You may return all or part of your purchase within 14 days from the date you received it. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 416-271-3605 or 1-866-775-5888 for a return authorization code. Once an authorization code has been issued, you may drop off (at 25 The Esplanade, Toronto, ON) the item(s) to avoid return shipping charges or you may return the package via the postal carrier of your choice.
We are not responsible for damage that might occur to the item(s) in transit back to us. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use an insured and traceable shipping method (such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery.
International customers returning items back to Canada, please make sure that you properly complete customs declaration form to avoid any customs fees & duties. On the customs declaration form please indicate "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE". Please also attach original invoice to the outside of the packaging. (You can put an invoice in the envelope and attach the envelope to the outside of the packaging or use the postal carrier's plastic bag for customs documentation and shipping manifests).
Returns and exchanges sent without proper customs documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Returned items that meet our return guidelines will be processed within 1-3 business days from the day the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged or if they do not have their original tags attached. Once a return is processed we will notify you via email.
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of the original method of payment. Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

You are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order. If you are exchanging an item because we made mistake and sent you a wrong item, your new order will be shipped via Standard delivery shipping option free of charge.
